Let’s talk Couple’s Photography:
Couples photos? Those are for engaged couples, or for your wedding day. Ummmm, excuse me?? No! Let’s ask a few questions to see if couples photography is for you: Are you a couple? Have you changed in the last 6 months or a year? Or five? Has your love and lives grown together? Is your story different than it was the day you got engaged or married? Have you lost weight? Gained weight? Cut your hair? Grown a beard? Bought a home? Built a business? Got a dog? Had a child? Have you had cute couple photos taken in the last year? If any of these are you, then I’d say it’s time to get some new photos! As time goes on, you’ve changed and grown- and it’s important to document that. These photos will become family heirlooms for you, and those are priceless.
Now that we’ve established that couples photography is for you:
The session is about you, your love, your story. I’m here to capture it. Well that and, maybe give a few pointers about what to do with your hands. So what should we do for your couples’ photography session? Well, what do you do together? Wine tasting? Porch sitting? Ride horses? Dancing? These photos should be true to you- so incorporate your hobbies and interests into your session. Rustic photography ideas. Or even plan a date night and I’ll tag along to capture it. I’m a pretty fun third wheel. Need some date night ideas? Click here for more ideas for planning your night! Let’s make photos fun again!
